How does the transaction process work?

ROV introduces the buyer to the developer and manages the transaction process. Digital assets are converted through a liquidity partner, the developer receives payment in euros, and the purchase is completed through the standard legal process.

Do I purchase the property directly?

Yes. Buyers acquire the property directly from the developer through the standard Portuguese legal purchase process.

What is the minimum investment?

Typical entry points begin around €350,000, depending on the project and unit type.

Can I use digital assets to purchase the property?

Yes. Digital assets can be converted through a regulated liquidity partner and transferred to the developer in euros as part of the transaction process.

Does ROV custody funds or manage investments?

No. ROV does not custody funds and does not operate as an investment manager. The platform facilitates introductions and manages the transaction process between buyer and developer.

Does ROV charge buyers a fee?

No. Buyers do not pay any fee to ROV. The platform is compensated by the developer upon successful completion of the transaction.

What are the costs of converting digital assets into euros?

Conversion costs depend on the transaction size and structure but are usually in the range of 1.5%–2%. The exact cost is confirmed before the transaction is executed.

I didn’t find the right opportunity on the website. Can you source other assets?

Yes. In addition to the projects listed on the website, ROV has access to other opportunities that are not publicly marketed. We can also conduct a tailored search based on your investment criteria.

Do I need to complete KYC or compliance checks?

Yes. As part of the conversion process, the liquidity partner will conduct standard compliance checks before executing the transaction.

Can foreign investors purchase property in Portugal?

Yes. Portugal allows foreign investors to acquire property directly, and the purchase process follows a standard legal structure.

What is the typical timeline for completing a transaction?

Once the buyer selects a unit and completes the conversion process, the purchase typically follows the standard developer sales timeline, depending on the stage of the project.

Do you have plans to expand beyond Portugal?
